Total system height is the full height of the assembled flag from the base plate to the top of the pole arc. Printable fabric height is the usable area of the flag fabric where your artwork is printed — it is always smaller than the total system height because the pole sleeve at the top and the base hardware at the bottom occupy a portion of the total height. For an 8 ft flag, the printable fabric height is approximately 6.5 ft. For a 10 ft flag, approximately 8.5 ft. For a 12 ft flag, approximately 10 ft. Always design your artwork to the printable fabric dimensions, not the total system height.
