You can provide any of the following — AI (Adobe Illustrator), CDR (CorelDRAW), PDF, PNG, JPEG, or PSD. Vector formats (AI, CDR) are preferred as they scale to any physical flag size without quality loss. Raster formats (PNG, JPEG, PSD) are accepted but must be supplied at the highest available resolution. If your only available asset is a logo from a website or a low-resolution JPEG, our design team can recreate it in vector format as part of the design service — this is treated as a separate brief item and quoted accordingly.

Print-ready artwork for a teardrop flag means the file is built at the actual physical dimensions of the flag with a minimum 5 cm bleed on all edges, converted to the correct CMYK colour profile for dye-sublimation output, supplied in a vector format at a minimum of 100 DPI at print size, and reviewed by a pre-press operator for any elements that will not reproduce correctly on fabric. A file that passes all four checks can go directly to the press without any pre-press intervention. Files that fail any check require rework before production can begin.

Dye-sublimation printing does not use Pantone inks. It uses CMYK colour values heat-fused into polyester fabric. Infinity India's pre-press process converts your Pantone reference values to the closest achievable dye-sublimation CMYK equivalent and includes this conversion in the digital proof. For brand-critical applications where colour accuracy is non-negotiable, we recommend ordering a physical sample print of your specific colour values before committing to the full production batch. Sample print charges apply and are quoted on request.

Standard turnaround for design work is 24–48 hours from brief confirmation — this includes artwork creation or adaptation, colour profile conversion, and digital proof delivery. Revision rounds add 24 hours per round. For straightforward adaptations of existing brand artwork to flag format, turnaround is typically within 24 hours. For complex multi-design event kits with 5 or more separate design variants, allow 48–72 hours for the full proof set. Once all proofs are approved, production begins immediately.

Yes. Bulk teardrop flag design services orders with multiple design variants — different sponsor logos, different event zones, different size formats — are a standard part of our workflow. Each design variant is treated as a separate production file and issued a separate digital proof. For large event kits or multi-client agency orders, we assign a dedicated pre-press contact for the duration of the order to manage proof approvals across all design variants efficiently.

Yes. All approved production files are retained at our facility for repeat orders. When you reorder the same design — same artwork, same flag size — there is no design charge on the repeat order. If the artwork requires any update or modification for the repeat order, a minor revision charge applies depending on the scope of changes required. Retained files are stored for a minimum of 24 months from the date of last order.

Design and printing are quoted separately on the same order. The design charge covers artwork creation or adaptation, colour profile conversion, and up to 2 revision rounds. The print charge covers fabric, dye-sublimation printing, stitching, pole, and base hardware. Both are invoiced on a single GST invoice. For clients supplying their own print-ready artwork with no design work required, only the print charge applies.

Design-only orders are available — we deliver print-ready artwork files without a print order attached. However, the files are optimised specifically for dye-sublimation printing on 120 GSM knitted polyester at the dimensions we manufacture. If you intend to print with a different vendor or on a different fabric specification, inform us at the brief stage so the file can be prepared to your vendor's pre-press requirements. Design-only orders are quoted separately and invoiced with GST.
